RDH was founded by three managing, principal partners.  Each of the partners previously managed departments in larger consulting organizations.  In an effort to minimize overhead, provide highly professional services and maintain a more personal tone to client interface and communications, RDH & Associates was established.  The result is premium client service with a smaller organization that maintains the resources and skill sets required to provide clients with complete environmental and engineering solutions.
